Step One: Begin the Experience
Submit your request through our contact form. After receiving your inquiry, Tyler will personally reach out to confirm availability, answer initial questions, and schedule a conversation to understand your vision. This is where we begin designing the experience, recommending wines, and setting the stage for the overall tone of the experience.
Step Two: Curate the Details
Together, you and Tyler will refine the event, reviewing a curated wine selection aligned with your vision. If your gathering includes a chef or food component, we collaborate directly with culinary partners to ensure intentional pairings.
Step Three: Prepare for the Gathering
You will finalize invitations and coordinate necessary purchases, including wines, glassware rentals, and any chef or catering services. We remain available throughout this stage to consult on decisions and ensure everything aligns with your vision.
Step Four: Bring It to Life
On the day before or day of the event, Emily and Tyler arrive with thoughtful materials that elevate the experience. From setting the room to placing final details, we help create an environment that feels intentional, welcoming, and complete.
Step Five: Enjoy the Moment
Now it’s time to settle in. Your role is simply to enjoy. We guide a story‑driven wine experience designed to spark conversation and create lasting memories. Emily thoughtfully documents the evening so you’ll have photos and video moments to revisit long after it ends.

Each experience is curated based on the interests of the host and their guests. Price may vary depending on the level of curation for your event.

• Wine purchases for the event
• Travel expenses outside the Napa region
• Lodging if overnight travel is required
• Catering or food service costs
• Venue rental fees
• Event rentals such as glassware, tables, or décor
• Event staffing or service staff
Wine selections can be curated to match a variety of budgets.
