Step One: Begin the Planning
Submit your request through our contact form. Once received, Tyler will personally reach out to confirm your request and schedule a time to connect. During this conversation, he will walk you through a series of pre‑visit questions to understand your goals, preferences, and vision for your time in Napa
Step Two: Define Your Experience
In this initial conversation, Tyler will gather key details about your trip such as how you like to travel, what excites you most about wine country, and the pace and style you prefer. This step creates the foundation for thoughtful recommendations.
Step Three: Align and Personalize
After the discovery conversation, Tyler will prepare tailored recommendations. Together, you’ll review the approach to ensure everything feels aligned before he moves into finalizing the itinerary design.
Step Four: Review Your Itinerary
Tyler will present your curated itinerary for review. During this call, he will walk you through the flow, reasoning, and overall experience. Most itineraries are approved at this stage, but if adjustments are needed, they will be refined before moving forward.
Step Five: Confirm Your Visits
Once your itinerary is approved, Tyler will personally introduce you to each winery and experience partner, coordinating a seamless connection. Each property manages its own reservation process, so final confirmations and purchases will be completed directly by you, with our support every step of the way.
Step Six: Look Forward to the Experience
Everything is now in place. All that’s left is to arrive and enjoy a Napa experience thoughtfully designed around your vision.
