EMILY HINSLEY
COO & CREATIVE STRATEGIST
Emily Hinsley is the Creative Strategist behind Hinsley Consulting and Hinsley Circle, bringing a thoughtful and visual approach to how each brand and experience is expressed.
With a background that spans production, viticulture, and hospitality, Emily understands wine from the ground up. Her time working in the cellar, vineyard, and guest-facing roles gives her a well-rounded perspective that informs both her creative direction and her ability to translate a winery’s story with authenticity.
Alongside her work in wine, Emily has developed a distinct eye as a photographer, shaping the visual identity and storytelling across Hinsley’s projects. Her work focuses on capturing the feeling of a place, ensuring that each image and piece of content reflects the experience as it truly is.
Within Hinsley Consulting, Emily leads content development and creative strategy, helping winery partners communicate their story in a way that feels natural, cohesive, and aligned with their brand.
Through Hinsley Circle, her work helps bring each experience to life visually, offering our members a clearer sense of what they can expect while preserving the authenticity of the moment.
Together, Tyler and Emily approach their work with a shared belief. The best experiences are not overdesigned, they are felt.

TYLER HINSLEY
FOUNDER
Tyler Hinsley brings over a decade of experience across Napa Valley’s wine and hospitality landscape, shaped by both hands-on work and strategic leadership.
He began at GV Cellars, a small, family-run winery, where he was involved in nearly every aspect of the business. He worked in the vineyard during and after harvest, gaining a firsthand understanding of the rhythms of the land. He also supported events, sales, marketing, and more. That early foundation instilled a deep respect for the craftsmanship behind every bottle and the people who bring it to life.
He later worked in eCommerce and hospitality at Bouchaine Vineyards. At Krupp Brothers, he contributed across social media, hospitality, and outreach before stepping into the role of Estate Director. There, he oversaw the guest experience and daily hospitality operations. This work gave him a clear understanding of how hospitality, storytelling, and environment come together to reflect a winery’s identity and support its long-term growth.
That perspective continued to evolve through his work with JACK Winery and Two Old Dogs. He led hospitality and private client experiences while also overseeing allocation strategy and direct-to-consumer sales. Managing allocations sharpened his understanding of customer demand and reinforced the importance of thoughtful communication and trust.
Today, as the founder of Hinsley Consulting, Tyler works with a select group of wineries to refine their hospitality, marketing, and sales strategies. His approach is grounded in understanding both sides of the experience, the producer and the guest, and aligning them in a way that feels natural, thoughtful, and enduring.
For years, Tyler has guided guests and collectors through Napa with thoughtful recommendations, shaping experiences that feel personal and memorable. Having grown up in Napa Valley, this work has always been deeply personal. It is rooted in a genuine desire to share the beauty of his home and the joy of experiencing it well.
Hinsley Circle is a natural extension of that work. It offers a more intentional way to help visitors experience Napa at its best and make the most of their time in the valley.
When Napa is experienced the right way, it becomes something far more enduring. Tyler curates each experience with that in mind. He connects members to the people, places, and wines that define the valley while removing the friction that often stands in the way of discovery.
His perspective is shaped by years of listening, hosting, and refining what makes a visit truly memorable.
"Where you go matters. How it feels when you’re there is what defines everything."
